The winner was owned by Mr Michael Tabor, Mrs Susan Magnier and Tsega Ltd, bred in France by Sir James Goldsmith, trained by John E Hammond at Chantilly, and ridden by Cash Asmussen. The winner won by 5 lengths in 2 minutes 30.1 seconds, with 5 1/2 lengths between second and third.
